About the Role

As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be the engine behind Cared’s growth. You’ll build brand awareness, create engaging campaigns, and drive lead generation across multiple channels. Your work will directly impact how Australians discover and access our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute high-performing growth marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, from ideation to execution and analysis
• Use data-driven insights to refine, optimise, and scale campaigns continuously
• Build and maintain a consistent, compelling brand identity across all marketing channels, including the website and promotional materials
• Collaborate with marketing and operational teams across the group to share ideas and align initiatives

About You

• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end with a hunger to deliver results
• At least 5 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments
• Deep experience with key platforms, including Google Analytics, Meta, and LinkedIn, with a strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creativity and driving measurable growth
