About the Role
As our Clinical Operations Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day service delivery and operations of CARED, working at the intersection of clinical quality, provider engagement, and business growth. This role suits someone with a clinical background who thrives in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments and knows how to drive performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll be the key contact for both clients and providers, owning the operational engine of CARED to ensure our services are responsive, compliant, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and coordinate end-to-end operations across all services
- Lead client activity coordination to ensure an exceptional experience
- Recruit, onboard, and engage providers across multiple disciplines
- Forecast provider and client needs to support growth
- Be the primary contact for service providers and ensure strong relationships
- Monitor and drive performance against KPIs (revenue, retention, satisfaction)
- Develop and submit provider payment schedules for approval and processing
- Ensure service delivery meets NDIS and clinical quality standards
- Support business development initiatives and platform growth
- Manage paid listing activity (e.g. Clickability, MCS)
- Test and provide feedback on platform/app functionality (Web, iOS, Android)
About You
- Clinical background essential (e.g. allied health, disability, aged care)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership or operational management role
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder relationship management
- Proven ability to manage KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics
- Experience working in a start-up, tech or platform-based business is a bonus
- Strategic thinker who enjoys solving problems and scaling systems
- Comfortable leading both clinical coordination and operational delivery
- Strong understanding of NDIS or aged care sector operations is highly desirable
